Terms & Conditions
- Penketh’s Price Promise is guaranteed against all genuine prices from one of our competitors in the UK
- Products must be in stock and available to order with us and the retailer we are price matching against
- The competitor’s item must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms
- Penketh’s Price Promise applies to all products up to the cost of £100
- We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position
- Price promise doesn’t include delivery – delivery charges may still apply
- Stationery, Promotional Gifts, Workwear are all included, Food & Beverages are excluded
